Re: Lemon juice for low stomach acid

I used apple cider vinegar, a teaspoonful in an 8 oz glass of water, and wowser.

My colon went crazy. Never thought the evacuation would end.

I thought that maybe I had low acid responsible for poor digestion and that's

why I did it. Before starting SCD my issues were bleeding and diarrhea. Since

starting SCD I have no bleeding and am constipation dominant instead of D.

However the ACV episode resulted in some bleeding.

Nope, I'm not gonna try any more acid. But I am now soaking nuts to improve

digestibility and trying to eat fewer of them. I'm one of those that can't eat

SCD yogurt or any fruit except blueberries.
