Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm needing to add more carbs in - if i decide to introduce digestive enzymes should i try Digest Gold (with ViraStop maybe?) or peptizyde and HN-Zyme from Houston Enzymes? I'm currently using antifungals (rotating every 2 weeks - Capryl, Candidase, olive leaf extract). Can you use antifungals and digestive enzymes - maybe just take them an hour or more away from each other? Reading on enzymestuff.com i'm just not sure if i should try Digest gold with the high protease and fruit derived enzymes (bromelain, papain) since i'm fighting yeast. Fruit and higher vegetable carbs are a problem and when i eat too much fat (olive oil) i have a pain in my upper right side - gall bladder i think. The Candidase i did ok on starting with 1/2 capsule for 4-5 days and then 1 capsule for a week. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! SCD - 17 months SCD and anti-candida - almost 4 months Gluten Sensitive dx - 01/08 Gluten free - 01/
