i have yeast and i think the veggies i tolerate ok are:

zuchini/yelow squash

well cooked collard greens (the leaves. i dont know about the stems)

spinach and chard

some kale i think??

definitely not avocado; i'm jealous

it sounds like you're doing a lot of things right and making the yeast beasts

suffer- keep it up!!

Thanks ! Maybe I'll try spinach when this last flare gets under control a

little. I'll trade you spinach for avocados for a few days! ;b
