legal mustard brands and letters to companies

Can anyone tell me a brand of legal mustard? I looked at Gluden's spicy mustard

and everything else looked legal but it had listed generically " spices " . Do you

consider " spices " legal?

Also, when you are requesting a letter from a company to verify it's SCD

legality, what do you ask them besides if they use sugar or starch in their

product?
