If you were to develop cardiac complications (shortness of breath, chest pain, circulatory problems, numbness and tingling your extremities--especially the side with the low B/P) I would make sure the Dr. is aware of the significant difference in both sides. Most Dr.'s offices don't check B/P in both arms, but in your case, I would make sure they always did!
