Guest guest
Hi all, I have a few holidays and I just post after reading a lot about breathing. I am on Pred since Feb 2000, first 75 mg/day, now 25 mg/day. Does anyone controll peak flow? I usually have 120 to 140 units (european scale), normal without RP would for me 450. When I come down to 100 I get problems. Higher Pred faciltates breathing (I explain it in this way that Pred reduces swelling in trachea and bronchies). Halle Arto, how are you? You really have a trachea tube for 15 years? Is this a rigid tube to expand the trachea? How must I imagine this? Or is it a apiral or grid? Do you have side effects? My doc told me that the expansion by stents in the trachea is not useful because the damage of the cartilage is going deep into the bronchies. We have here in Germany a splendid weather, sun is shining, just yesteday we had the first (little) frost. take care and many greetings to all Werner
