i have found that if i take the MTX about two hours

after lunch and drink lots of water i do fine. i have

not had any side effects at all, except right in the

beginning till i got use to it, i was really tired the

day after. Now that does not happen, I took the

MTX yesterday(Friday) and went christmas shopping

today. did fine.
