All bodies are different, right? > StaceyYes, all bodies are different. But this issue isn't simply or only subjective. The nutritional value of meat versus a diet without meat can be measured, and there's simply no contest in terms of the number and range of nutrients that meat provides that vegetable sources of protein, fat and amino acids can't provide. Its' actually possible that you feel better without meat because of your mental image of "rotting flesh clogging up" your insides. You -- any human being -- could live, if you had to, in good health eating only meat. That would certainly not be the case if we had to eat only vegetables (and couldn't take supplements to get the nutrients the vegetables can't provide).n ______________________________A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers.
