Guest guest
Laurie It isn't easy and after WLS a major surgery it isn't easy either. That is why you need to make it a success before surgery so you don't mess it up after. These rules are there not to hurt any one but to help you be prepared for the rest of your life. Take care, you can do it. DonnaLLLORY@... wrote: It just ain't easy! I was good for a week, two weeks, and kept falling off the wagon. Guest guest
Donna, this was a reply to Jeanne. She has been following the 1200 cal diet for months and is not dropping the weight. She has cut out two meals and drinks protein shakes instead...still nothing. I believe it is time for her to take the bull by the horns. Thanks! Laurie __________________________________ Yahoo! Guest guest
Laurie I agree if she's doing every thing right and exercising, water and all, then the bull by the horn is what she should do. Guest guest
Hi Jeanne, Are you keeping an accurate account of your calorie intake? You may now have been getting enough calories in. You do need to stay in that 1200 calorie range and not go really low otherwise you go into starvation mode. Do you keep track on www.fitday.com ? If you are not using it check it out it is a really good site to use. Ramona

Guest guest
Well, I don't get it!!!! I ate Thanksgiving Dinner - Nice slice of Turkey, 1/2 cup stuffing and 1/2 cup mashed potato with gravy, a roll with butter and 2 glasses of wine. I lost 2 pounds. I give up, hands thrown in the air. jeanne > Donna, this was a reply to Jeanne. She has been > following the 1200 cal diet for months and is not > dropping the weight.
