Everyday I'm trying more and more

It's only Wednesday and I've already done 3 miles. I'm going strong

right now, with 1.5 miles a day. Still watching my 1200 calories and

hoping that I've lost at least 7-10lbs this month. I'm only 17 lbs from

goal weight and then I can see the surgeon again to get a date. I'm

excited about all the changes. Just the changes in myself. People at

work are super supportive, because they see me changing. FEELS GOOD!!

Not sure how I'm going to deal with Thanksgiving Dinner at 2 houses. I

think I'm going to just stay with proteins and also remeber I'm going

to excerise that morning. And I'm going to remember that when I'm full-

STOP EATING!! All sounds good.. lets just see that I can do it.

I'm off for now.. take care everyone!!

, I got this after Thanksgiving and I hope you

enjoyed your holiday and stayed the course but if not,

its okay. Just continue back on your routine. One

day should not be too much. Hang in there.

enjoyed your holiday and stayed the course but if not,
