Happy Turkey Day everyone! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.

This is my first Thanksgiving since my surgery and I have much to be

thankful for.

Today is officially my 6 month mark. My stats are 90 lbs. lost since

surgery on 5/24/05 (126 pounds since orientation). I have 27 pounds

to go to get to a normal BMI and 39 to my personal goal of 165. At

my 6 month check-up, all my labs looked good. My B-12 was over 1200!

I take daily sublinguals plus a monthly shot. I like to keep that #

high. You can't get too much of B-12 or folate.

I'm thinking about doing things I would of never though of doing.

Like, my husband and I are going to Kauai in July of next year for

my sister's wedding. We are going to take a diving class so we can

go diving while we are in Kauai. I'm going to do that zip line in

Kauai too. I'm also looking forward to taking my roller-blading

lessons in the spring. So much to do!

Anyway, enough rambling.
