cant find any info on mitchells, how do I get them?

I know the link keeps getting posted for The mitchell shoes but none of

them work at all. I keep trying, Ive typed in anything I can think of

and there is no phone number listed or anything. I have a piece of

paper from Dr Frick that just says Ponseti ankle foot orthosis set at

60 degree rotation. Thats it...........I dont see how my insurance is

even going to pay for something that is written that way as a

prescription. Im a little confused about the whole deal. Why is it

such a pain in the butt to get something for medical reasons? Seems it

would be much easier if insurance could pay for it BEFORE.........I

need prior approval before I can get anything. So, what has everyone

else done. ANyone have a phone number sorry if its on here. Im sick of

looking and getting a little irritated!! In case you couldn't tell!!

Also, if I pay in advance then insurance by some act of God decides to

pay for them..........then what? Does he send me the money and if

so how long does that take?
