ProEFA and Vit E......how much should I give and where do I get the Vit E????

OK I know Vit E is available EVERYWHERE, but is there a certain one

this board suggests???? My son just started taking the fish oil

(ProEFA) this week. I gave him 1 the first day and he asked yesterday

for 2. He is almost 8 years old so I did give him 2 and will continue

to do that. If I were to add Vit E how much do I give him?? He is 48

pounds. I can begin giving Vit E without having labs done and there is

no risk???? We justhad re evals done in speech and he is still soooooo

severe. I pray for a speech surge. Its always slow and gradual with him

we never seem to have huge jumps....part of that is his own lack of

motivation. Thank you
