My 3-month post-op checkup with Gagner

Just got back from my 3 month checkup with Dr. Gagner.

He said i was a model patient. I have lost 71 pounds

and have no problems. He did say I need to take an

additional vitamin A and to stop taking the zinc which

I was taking for hair loss (I have not had any hair

loss).

I was asking him about plastic surgery and he said the

brachialplasty is an outpatient procedure. he also

said he has recommendations for PS's that specialize

in WLS patients. I really do not want a

panniculectomy, but he says i may need one. Also, my

inner thighs--can we say JELLO. He said we'd discuss

this all at my 6 month appt. I was jumping the gun.

So there is a new fellow now, I forgot her name. She

seems very sweet. Dr. Quinn wont be back until

September when she joins the practice.

I was so grateful to Dr. Gagner. My life is just so

much better now. I got all choked up when I said thank

you to him.
