" which I almost skipped as I do all 'me too' type messages (the first happy birthday message invariably spawns a plethora of the same thing to the list instead of privately). I think a lot of list members skip them too. More people probably would have seen it had you written under a different subject. Anyway, welcome home and congratulations! I'm very happy your switch was so uneventful, and I really am looking forward to hearing your hospital story. --stella

Guest guest
- I just tried different ones till I found one I liked. If you want one to add to soups, get a flavorless one.. a good one to try is Designer Protein unflavored. There is also Genisoy unflavored, & lots of other choices. For protein drinks, I drink the carb solutions (with added powdered milk because its too sweet for my tastes). Another good one is ProBlend 55 or Isopure zero Carb- the " koolaide " protein drinks. There is also a specialty water that I found tonight that says it contains 1000mg of soy protein in every 20 oz. I bought 2.. orange cream and pina colada flavors.. I'll try anything once! Keep us updated, hon. Hugs, Liane > > > > > > > > > > > > > you might consider the Cal-Apatite in the bookmarks.. > > > > > > > > > > > >I looked in the bookmark section here but couldn't find it.
