Anthone and Rabkin. It's amazing how much more info there is on the 'net nowadays! The DS website's patient pages started out with just a few and have now grown to 105 people and counting! If it weren't for the generosity of our web host, Lynn, the DS website wouldn't have a home. hasn't been active on the DS list for awhile, but he is a patient of Dr. Rabkin, and he has provided free server space for the DS site since its inception. The DS website has been online since August 1999, and " down time " has been essentially non-existant thanks to 's rock solid server. THANK YOU, KEVIN!!! :-) M. --- in Valrico, FL, age 38 Starting weight 299, now 156 Starting BMI 49.7, now 26.0 Lap DGB/DS by Dr. Rabkin 10-19-99 http://www.duodenalswitch.com Direct replies: mailto:melanie@...
