take the 'big plunge'... I felt that way about Vietnamese food for awhile

when I had a bad reaction once. AGh! It may take awhile....

My girlfriend took me out to dim sum today for my b-day (it's the 21st --

I'll be the big 3-6) and it was heavenly. :) Hey, on the bright side -- you

aren't too far away from a major Chinatown! :) Just don' t head to the same

restaurant again! LOL

IF you need to know the brand of the apple-chicken sausages, I can look for

you. They are really delicious and pretty 'light'. I've found that many

sausages are kind of heavy tasting and also fatty. These are perfect! :)

five months post-op and still feelin' fabu! :)

pre-op: 307 lbs/bmi 45 (5'9 1/2 " )

now: 236 lbs (and goin' down???)
