Guest guest
my diet history was mostly just things i did on my own. i started it off with my very first diet at 12 years old. and then just thought back to all the stupid diets i tried while i was a teen, including my " carrots and tomato juice " 30 day diet. just something i made up, and lost 25 pounds on it. didn't eat carrots for a long time after that. lol then thought about the diets i tried after reading books, like stillman, atkins, sugarbusters, carbo addicts, etc; if i didn't know the exact dates i just approximated my age when i tried it and figured it out from that. it's not rocket science, just a good estimate. that was good enough for my insurance company. hope this helped. mary y st.louis itchin to be switchin > I am a newbie and waiting for my First Consult.
