This must be what Chelsea has, she has chronic mucous production and coughs a lot due to dysphagia. She can quickly develop bronchitis when she is sick. I believe she has what is called atopic asthma, as atopic allergies run in my family. I have eczema (atopic dermatitis), and my sister has asthma and easily gets brochitis.
