Jill!!

I am so happy for you, congratulations. I will

have my 3 month check up in about a week. Today

I weighed in (officially 14 weeks, and have lost

71 pounds..!!) You and I are arm in arm so it

seems, having had surgery within days of each

other.

I continue to explore high protein, low fat, low

sugar as the nutritional plan. Sometimes, boredom

is involved, I try to keep food prep simple,

" just do it " as the saying goes. I knew this

would be a challenge for me, but I am meeting

this challenge. My focus on food has changed

dramatically, totally would be more apt a

description.And life gets moe lively!

Today I auditioned for an acting class, for film,

and was accepted, so I begin something else

new..and have been meeting people , as in

" dating "

everything old (or unavailable before) is new

again! Yes, my life has changed in ways I could

not imagine...mostly, I mean mental outlook,

direct communication with people, and taking

appropriate action...CHOICES, that's the word, I

am making choices, not only with food, but in all

aspects...how will I expend my new found energy,

with whom, what do I WANT/DESIRE/DESERVE, etc.

Choices can be exciting and not all bad!

So, that's my Pre-3 month update. I'l be checking

in soon, again.
