Guest guest
i did some figuring and if you lose about 20 more pounds by the end of your sixth month out, you will have lost 50% of your excess wt. that seems to be right on schedule from what i have read and heard. so don't fret too much just yet, dear. you still have quite a bit of window of wt. loss left to go. eat your protein first, then veggies, plenty of water, and walk if you are able. other than that, i don't think there is much else you can do at this time. 96 lbs. in 5 months is a fantastic wt loss! oh, there is something that i read about that some try in order to break plateaus, but it doesnt sound very pleasant to endure. you eat mostly very fatty foods, and if you lactose intolerant, you drink a big glass of milk! then get some books, magazines, crossword puzzles and a pencil, and camp out in the bathroom for several days. then you should start losing wt. again. is it worth it? does it work? don't know from peronal experience, but some have sworn by it. try it, or not. hope this helps mary y st.louis > I have a question for those who have acheived goal, or close > to it.
