Your memory problems are exactly like mine. One of the things we know is that we need extra Vit B complex. For some reason (probably the sarc messing with the structure of our organs) we don't seem to process vitamins as we should.

With the different meds we are on-- if you aren't taking extra Folic Acid then get the MD to write you a script. Even a good Stress Formula Vit B-- the one Costco sells is good- would help.

The other thought I had was that if you are on Ambien- one of the major side effects from long term use-- is memory impairment-- I had to wean myself off- but it makes a huge difference.

Hope this helps,

Hey guys:

Folic acid helps a good deal, at least it did with my memory loss, it

no longer is a daily event, although incidental things slip past

without locking in, if somebody says of does something and I take

notice I am pretty sure to remember it now.

The best part of this was when it first started getting better I

realized just how much my 16 year old son was playing me, he would go

to the movies or some other damn thing, and then say, oh yeah Dad of

course you knew, yeah sure I told hyou. Then as the memory statted

getting better I knew darnde well he hadnt, so I got the llitttle

bugger an d.............SMACKDOWN!!!!!! No more games from his little

butt!!! hehehe it was almost worth thinking I had lost my mind for

those few years before the folic acid, almost, but not quite....

anyway, I guess we all find our amusements where we can....
