Guest guest
Guys, I invested in a Cooling Vest. It is like the scarf-- only a full torso vest, front and back- drop it in the kitchen sink for a short while, ring it out gently and it works as an evaporative cooler. I went to EBAY and typed in cooling vests-- and it gave me a company named AMERICAN PRIDE. The one I bought was about $35. I have to admit that it has given me some freedom from the heat this summer. Guest guest
I wonder if I could knit me a cooling vest? It would probably work, but I'd bet that the holes between the stitches would be a problem keeping those little granules in. LOL!Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
, I'll bet it would work as well as running the garden hose over your head, like I do! Just have to put a towel on your furniture before you sit down. Ramblin' Rose Moderator A merry heart is good medicine.
