Guest guest Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 I was told that the thickening of my sinus’s were due to Sarc, same general area, I use the sinus rinse too, I was told I should just do it every night, but find that area gets kind of sore and sensitive so don’t do it that often, just really when I need to, nothing they can do about the thick lining in the sinus cavity? The extra stopped up/dried out feeling came on rather suddenly & I went straight to the nettie pot. I'm needing another flush but it's too late at night to try that acrobatic position without a "spotter"! I am happy with the nettie pot.
