I was

told that the thickening of my sinus’s were due to Sarc, same general

area, I use the sinus rinse too, I was told I should just do it every night,

but find that area gets kind of sore and sensitive so don’t do it that

often, just really when I need to, nothing they can do about the thick lining

in the sinus cavity?  Marla

,

Could sarc be the reason why my turbinates are overgrown?

Terri, my understanding is that for the sinus flush, you have to use a larger quantity, so I'm not sure that the nasal spray would work that well. We'll see what the "flushers" have to say.

Terri This "flusher" hasn't been using a nasal spray. The extra stopped up/dried out feeling came on rather suddenly & I went straight to the nettie pot. I'm needing another flush but it's too late at night to try that acrobatic position without a "spotter"! I am happy with the nettie pot.
