Guest guest
Lenny, Thanks for writing this. I have been evaluating my situation after 9 weeks post op. I have decided that I can not compare myself with others because it has despaired me in the past. My body is going to do exactly what it wants to do when it wants to do it. However, I am not to stop exercising, eating healthier, etc, etc just because the scale is not moving. I have set some goals for just the month of August. One of them is not to weight until I go into the doctor's office near the end of August for my 3 month appt. I know that my body is changing and losing, however, alot of times, we look to the scales for guidance. J.
