Guest guest
LOL! I know that a water pik is one of the easiest machines to use for this-- but I gotta tell ya, I'll stick with my NeilMed $11.00 plastic bottle and rinse packets. Yep, I'm cheap, but I'm still good. Guest guest
Sorry I am not feeling well enough to answer individual post responses. If you snore have you had a sleep study, I was surprised to learn I have terrible sleep apnea. My pulse OX went down to 60. I now use bipap and guess what no more snoring. I didn't believe how bad I snored until my little grandaughter told me I woke her up at night with my snoring when she had a sleep over. My Nurse practioner at the sleep lab told me to use KY jelly for my nose I thought she had lost her mind, but out of respect for her I tried it and it works better than anything. For sinsu problems use 1 cup boiled water,, than you let cool some then add 1/4 tsp baking sode and 1/4/tsp salt. You can make a quart at a time and use it as many times a day as you feel stuffy or congested. You can snuff it from the palm of your hand, or by a christmas tree like attachment to use with a water pick. You put the rubber end up to your nostril and you will be amazed at the disgusting things that come out if you are infected expecially. I found a website with a picture of a machine and all the tips to use to irrigate you nose, mouth and throught. I saved it in work I hope I will be able to attach it to this messagge. Now I am going to send this email because I have deleted it 3 times when I went to copy the stuff about this neat machine that does the irrigation. If I had not bought the water pik I would buy it in a minute but you can buy the tip I was talking about, its pictured in the picture. Guest guest
Tracie I'm cheap too! I paid $15 at the little drug store down the street for the starter kit. It had the Nettie pot, a tiny spoon(hope nobody turns me in for drug paraphenalia) and about a dozen of their dry mix. I thought that was high! LOL I hate getting up early! I have my treatment today & am going to ask Dr Lower about that chemobrain drug. She has cut my amount about 1/4 of what it was at the highest so she may say I don't need it now. Yea right I have such a great memory. (sarcasticly) LOL I'm also going to see when she's going to do another MRI. I want a change of meds!Join our Sock Challenge for Orphans in Kazakhstan - 265 pairs needed by 9/15/07 http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/Mittens_ for_Akkol/ grannylunatic@... Be a better Heartthrob.
