toxin flush

I am looking into a " flush " if you will. I have heard about these that

can last like 3 days, and you can really clean yurself out. That

includes the intestines and other gastro things. Problem is, is that

the ones that I have found are so very expensive. Is there something

that I can do here at home, like with vegetable juice or something?

Lynne, I know people who use these, but I have no idea where they get them or the cost. Sorry.
