I'm going for a lifestyles class today at Richmond, and also weighting

in for the first time in 1 month. I dont own a scale and I'm looking

forward to seeing how much closer to goal I am. I'm working out 5 times

a week for 30mins each, and I'm trying sooo hard to just get on the

ball with everything. I feel soo great since starting to work out, I

look forward to it, and I use it as my own private time to myself. I'm

nervous and excited to see how much I've lost. I'm also feeling a

little doubt in my ability to do this, like I thinkI gained weight, and

if I did I'll be really upset. Because I've been kicking up the effort

on everything, i keep saying to myself, this has to work. before I'm

sitting on the couch, now I'm working out and walking 1.5 miles today,

this has to work.

wish me luck!!

, congrats on everything regardless of what that

scale says. You have made so many changes and

improvements that you should be so proud with that

alone. No matter what the scales says we still support

you. Good luck and hang in there. Best wishes to you

and I am proud of you.

Ron, I'm at work right now, and have to go do rounds

in ICU. I may be able to be in chat in about half an

hour.
