Guest guest
I'm going to weigh into the sex discussion with some physical info. The weight loss surgery may leave a person with a drooping tummy (pannus). If that drooping tummy covers your genitalia, then you may have a good case for plastic surgery. Keep in mind: Kaiser's idea of plastic surgery ain't as pretty as real cosmetic surgery. For a drooping pannus, they whack off the pannus (it's called a panniculectomy). If your abdominal muscles are really lose from losing weight inside your abdomen, they may tighten those a bit. If you have big BIG back flaps, I heard Tim's plastic surgeon say they do the occasional belt lipectomy, BUT they don't lift the butt. They just do the back flaps. So if you go the Kaiser route, don't expect them to do anything about your butt. When Kaiser's done, the contours aren't always as perfect and lovely as if a private-pay plastic surgeon did them. You may have dog-ears at the ends of the incisions, etc. Also keep in mind that your results will be better depending on how close you are to a " normal " weight. In other words: The thinner you are, the better the results. Anyway, after abdominoplasty and/or panniculectomy, expect your genitalia to be not only accessible, but on the front of your body! Amazing! This makes things feel a LOT more pleasurable, and all the parts fit together better. Martha
