<< Hi everyone. Well, My goal was to lose 100 pounds by my birthday Aug. 5th

and I am down 98 and hoping to do it. I am so excited--100 pounds. That is

a celebration. I just want to say thank you to everyone and appreciate the

support you have given me. I am 8 months out and hopefully still going

strong. I am looking for my next milestone--another 50 to 60 pounds and I

will be ready for the tummy tuck and the arms. I couldn't imagine losing 100

pounds and now I am so close. Health and happiness to all. Ellen(pam
