Guest guest
Jenn, As the nutritionist at Dr. A's office will tell you (repeatedly) you need to eat something every three hours. There is a reason you are hungry again! At six weeks out, I recall that heartburn when eating too close to bedtime was an issue, so depending on the time you go to bed, that could be a problem. Pepcid Complete took care of that with no problem. I would recommend a small snack, something that you know your body tolerates well. At one point I was drinking a glass of milk every evening, which seemed to help. Dawna

I just sip some water, and it soothes the hunger pangs. They go away in about 5 minutes. YMMV. --Steve --
Guest guest
How about a suger free ice pop. I loved those and it was like eating a dessert. I always kept shrimp in my refrig and would have a few of those if I was hungry. Cheese on a cracker. I hope this helps. Ellen(Pam

I find that beef jerkey is good, or maybe a few nuts. Cottage cheese or yogurt would be a quick fix too. ~KIM B.~
