Guest guest
Can someone tell me how accurate these tsts are and how do I take the test? Also, how does one break out of a slump? I had my surgery last May 15 and have lost 55 pounds but have had no weight loss for the past 4 weeks. It's getting depressing! I think that I'm eating the same and being sure to get my protien first. I think that I'm able to eat more, so I always stop eating before I feel really full. Thanks in advance. All input is appreciated. Kathy Bazzi
