Lost 8.9 pounds!!!

I did weight-in yesterday at my class and I lost 8.9 pounds. I'm soo

happy and soo proud of myself. I'm up to 35lbs and I have 9.1 to

goal. I know I can do this, and I was sooo surprised I lost even with

Thanksgiving. I know I can do this for X-mas.

I'm going to make the committment to stop eating out. I won't only

not goof up, but I'll save $$$ too. I think that is a bad habit, and

I know I can make good choices out, and have been doing so. But if I

just don't tempt myself with it, then it will be easier in the log

run. I have food to eat at home, and if hubby wants to eat out, he

can, I won't get upset or mad. I have to learn to deal with it.

I have to work out tonight... 30mins on the treadmill. And i'm going

to have a smart dinner. I'm also thinking of what light and heathly

entree to bring or make for x-mas at the inlaws and folks house.

Richmond support groupe next week.. here I come. I need this

continued support, and between my finacee and you guys.. it's great!!!
