, in the message archives, there are numerous posts over the past few days about this. i don't have time right now to go through them, but I know that has a "neti pot" (not sure what that is!) & Tracie has an inexpensive kit that she uses. They use a salt water mixture; can be homemade or buy premade packets. They use a turkey baster or something similar to put the solution up the nose & into the sinuses. I know you are feeling lousy right now due to the fall, but maybe tomorrow you can read through the messages, or somebody might repeat the info. I'll try to get it for you later, if necessary.

I missed what helps for the nose and where do you get it. I have the same thickening of my sinus also and have the same nose issues.. I want to try what works. Right now I have a head ache from fainting and hitting the bedroom floor. My hubby is in Canada fishing and my daughter is here with me she came running in at 1:30 am thought someone had broken into the house. I was laying on the flood bloody and in tears.

I missed what helps for the nose and where do you get it

NeilMed Sinus Rinse to flush the sinuses of the gunk. NeilMed Nasogel to make it thru the day and night without your nose becoming so dry, and any of Saline spray throughout the day to keep the sinuses free of the allergens-- Ocean, Nasal Saline-- etc.

I find them in Longs Drugs, or Rite Aid or WalGreens and Costco.
