No, but I play one in my dreams.

Actually, back in the 60's I did graduate work in biology, but never

did the dissertation, so did not get a Ph.D. in biology. My

undergrad work was in physics--MANY years ago.

Nope. Much of my career was as a consultant in a think tank. We had

the cavalier attitude that we could come up to speed and pass

ourselves off as experts in just about any field. And, often, we

did. In fact, in the 70's I wrote a book on Wastewater Treatment for

Rural Communities, and lectured here and there to sanitarians about

the latest practices for septic tank and leach field design and

usage. In the 90's, I helped propagate Internet all over the world.

So, in many ways, you could think of me as a professional con artist.

But, if I am unsure of my facts when I post here, I tell you so.
