Sandy will be leaving the hospital tomorrow evening when her daughter arrives to escort her to the hotel. Today she voluntarily went off the major pain meds in favor of Tylenol. She was definitely feeling the edge of the pain and was tired by the simplest tasks, but she is such a strong woman and she knew this was the best course of action for her. Please pray for Sandy as she is concerned about her daughters being overly worried if she is in pain after leaving the hospital. She'll be at the hotel until her follow up with the doctor on Wednesday. The nurses have all been great and from the perspective of someone planning similar surgery after the first of the year, I am impressed and have learned a great deal. ~Peace!
