Or is it done more than once a day? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I washed it off with each shower and reapplied. Just squeezed it on from the " honey bear " container we bottled it in. Any squeeze container will work...it's neater that way (catsup/mustard type bottles) Then just cover it with a gauze bandage. I didn't bandage my face...just wore a bib to catch the drips! :-) Honey tip: don't store honey in the refrig....if it gets cold....it turns hard, but don't throw it away! just heat the container in a pan of warm water or in the microwave on low until it liquifies.....it will be good as new!
