Guest guest
Tami, I can't speak for everyone, but I just got my 3 month labs back and my cholesterol went down to 135 from about 210. I don't know about long term results. As for the scale thing, I started at 400 lbs, using the two scales is very inaccurate. I think that I couldn't find a scale to weigh myself was a good thing for the first few months. My PCP's scale only went up to 350 so I had to wait for the visit to my surgeon for a reading. Last week I had a visit to my PCP at 4 months and I finally was able to get weighed on his scale. I'm sure the people in the waiting room were wondering what all the whooping was about. LOL I did try every scale that would weigh me, but found the differences to much. It's better to stick to one scale. With any luck you will be able to get a regular bathroom scale within a few months of your switch.
