Guest guest
Happy Holidays everyone, I had gone to my first Support Group meeting in November, I really got alot of information out of it. I told everyone that I got approved the first week of October so I thought I should here something maybe in Janurary, but I was told there at the meeting SSF is a bit behind and I should hear from them about six to seven months. I thought okay I'll start working on cutting out all soft drinks eating the right foods but what is really is hard for me is the sipping of water or other drinks but I'm working on it. I've been sick for the past week with the flu and just came back to work. I have no appetite I'm forcing myself to eat and when I do eat I get really bad stomach craps and then running to the bathroom I've been taking some over the counter medication and it does seem to help I did lose some weight from being sick a kick start. I'm going to eat all the right foods and start going to the gym. Where I'm going with all this is I got my Orientation date Janurary 3rd and I meet withsome one on Janurary 27 so I'm on my way to the Other side. Guest guest
Sorry you're sick with the flu, but your doing good. As far as losing weight will it count at SSF if you lose it before orientation? At Richmond weight lose doesn't count until you have been weighed in on orientation day, then you begin to lose the weight. If this is the case you can, get of the sodas, caffeine, start drinking enough water and exercising, but I'd start the diet after orientation. Unless SSF is different. Take care and hope you get well soon. Donnadaniela2estr wrote: Happy Holidays everyone,I had gone to my first Support Group meeting in November, I really got alot of information out of it.
