Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for asking! Her official diagnosis is exotropia (outward deviation of the eyes) which is a form of strabismus (misalignment of the eyes). She is being treated with eye patching. 3 hours per day -- two days on the left, one day on the right, two days on the left.... She has been REALLY good about it but unfortunately had a pretty bad skin reaction to the patches I bought so I haven't been able to patch her the past two days Her opthomologist gave us some pathes when we left the office and she did fine with those. He said they were not available at drug stores but to get the Nexcare Opticlude brand because they were hypoallergenic. Those are the ones she reacted to. Well now I have a call into him to see about ordering the ones he gave us directly from their office. She actually asked for her patch yesterday and today. Hopefully I can get these other patches and we'll be back on track. She goes back in three months.
