Cast Covers - Check these out!

Dh showed me this in a boating magazine just a few minutes ago. It's a

cast cover that vacuums to your skin and seals your cast so you can swim or

bathe, etc. I of course immediately thought parents should know about

it. They have small sizes, but the smallest leg one is 21 inches. I

suppose it wouldn't need to be as short as the cast as long as it'd seal

the leg. Perhaps the company would consider making a small one if the

demand were high enough? They look like they'd be a great thing if it

worked on babies. Website for these above.

I used this myself when I broke my leg a few years ago.... It really works. It

looks a little silly but I was able to shower and swim with it on.

I used this myself when I broke my leg a few years ago.... It really works. It

looks a little silly but I was able to shower and swim with it on.

I think drycast makes something similar for kids, i think their

website is http://www.drycast.com but its been a while.
