Hey, everyone: I just saw this posted on the AMOS boards (obesity

help.com/morbidobesity).... For those who remember, Boo (Sheri) has been

wanting this surgery (open DS) for a long time but was hospitalized due to

various health issues.

It looks like her DS is scheduled for this Friday and she's on her way to the

other side!

Well, all my dear friends. I am finally going to get to have my

surgery.....THIS FRIDAY! I had thought things were never going to come

together after I had to cancel my date due to my health. I have found a

wonderful surgeon who really cares about his patients and is interested in

helping ALL of them, not just the low risk ones and doesnt pretend to care.

was going to happen, but she asked us not to tell =X)!!

Thanks so much for sharing -- I'm glad to know its gonna happen for her. I

hope someone does keep us updated, if Sherri doesn't. There were quite a

few of us, I think, who donated to the Save the Boobunnies and would love to

be apprised of how great she's doing.
