Guest guest
Hi Kris, May I ask, what size did you wear and how much did you weight pre-op? I don't know what your eating habits were pre-op, but I would imagine you ate the same things then (lots of bacon) as you do now...right or wrong? Even with the WLS, do you worry about regaining the weight because your eating habits have not changed? in MD Pre-op ========================================================== Keep in mind that you need to eat in order to lose...you need to eat to keep from getting sick to your stomach. EAT! Eat guilt free!! Here is a wayyyy cool link to look up the protein content of fast foods. There is a lot of fat there as well, but for me, I say so what?... who cares about fat?.... I dont! Eat and be well! www.kenkuhl.com/fastfood Email me if you have any questions. Love, Kris

In the end, before I found out about surgery... I ate whatever I wanted. I was at the very end of my dieting days, I can tell you. Prior to that, I was a dieter. As for regain... been there. My lowest weight was 155 and my body said, 'nope... this ain't gonna work and I gained. I also started taking Prozac and I gained a little more. I am stable now. Do I worry? Sometimes. Its not a part of my everyday thinking though. But when I do think about it...the thought doesnt stay long. I love my life and as my good friend, Jilly-Bean says, " It's so good to be us. " Eat, be happy. Love, Kris
