Look at the last two words. Mobility Limited. Then go read the article from

WebMD written about Dr. Anthone. In it, Dr. A says that those who can't walk

well are the worst candidates for the surgery, due to their weight and their

bodies inability to provide enough oxygen to the cells and that is the reason

they have trouble walking.

Dr. A says there are many of this category who are referred to him and they

sometimes turn them down for this reason. And if they do decide to do the

operation, they send the patient home first to do a fast and lose 100 lbs

before they will attempt the surgery.
