Hi ;

I've dropped one size in my first month post-op. I'm now

a 3X which is a size I haven't seen in about 6 years!

I have plenty of 3X clothes but once I drop that size

I'm going to need to supplement my wardrobe.

Would you mind telling me what Vallue Village you've had

the greatest success with and are there others you

recommend I try?

In my apt. bldg. we have a recycling center for the usual,

but also for unwanted furniture and anything else. There's

a collection bin from the NW Center. That's a charitable

organization for the Retarded and they colect clothing

which they sell to Vallue Village. All my 4X clothing went

in that bin and may eventually be at a Value Village near

you. I know you have no need for my old 4X clothes; I

was just commenting on one way large clothes end up in

Value Villages.

Thanks !

Gobo,

I live a stone's throw from the Burien VV. The Ballard one is very

good. My fav for professional clothes is the one in Redmond. I have

not been to Capitol Hill-- parking challenge, but am thinking of

going tomorrow.

My choices was considerably less when I was looking for 3X things.

Now I have a bunch I need to pass along. I have been taking some

things to work and leaving them there for the women veterans who can

use them. Also have sent some to a shelter. I was really hard on my

larger clothes... few choices and wore tham as they got too tight.

Looking for some smaller ones or a shopping spree with me?

, wishing the places were still open at midnight
