Robin;

I'm confused. If Flagyl is prescribed for patients with STD's,

does this mean that STD's cause gas?

naive but interested,

Stinko Tummy Disorders cause gas.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases leave one aghast.

Take your pick.

Antibacterials work against all kinds of bacteria in your body,

wherever it may be. That is why, sometimes, after taking an

antibiotic, some women get yeast infections around their

genitals--the antibiotic has also killed off the good bacteria in

those places as well as the target bacteria. And, Flagyl will

probably also kill off the good bacteria in your gut, so it is

important that you take mixed Acidophilus cultures, and, if possible

as live cultures in yogurt.

Best,

Steve

Sexually Tranmitted Disease,

this is one the things flagyl is used for. Doesn't mean that your

diarhea is from an STD>
