Thanks, I love getting new recipies to try. I think I may have found some dinner ideas! It is so hard tryig to come up with different ideas that please all the kids, and that my hubby and I enjoy as well. Thanks again.

Always need recipes around here! Thanks and Merry Christmas! :)

Just in case anyone's interested here's a favorite of ours:

Pineapple Pasta

1 can pineapples (choose size according to how much you like)

1/2-1 c. cubed ham

8 oz. cubed cheese (yellow but doesn't matter type)

small package of egg noodles (twirly kind best)

1/2-3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook noodles and dice ham and cheese while you wait and place in bowl

drain pineapples into a bowl (YOU WILL USE THE JUICE!)

Add the pineapples to the ham and cheese

Mix the pineapple juice with the mayonnaise and stir till blended

Drain cooked noodles and rinse under cool water until cool

Pour juice mixture over the bowl mixture and stir until blended

This is even better chilled and treated with salt and pepper!

This is a Hawaiian meal that is quick and easy. We triple the recipe in our

home as it goes so fast and the kids love it (besides having 9 kids-lol).

It can be used as a meal or an appetizer. :)

I'll try sending it off-group. Let me know if that doesn't work. I

guess I could try putting it up on the mito group web site if this

doesn't work.
