Hi ,

I am sorry that you are feeling ill. You can still get the flu even though you had the flu shot. The flu shot only protects you from certain strains of flu. If you are sick take care of yourself and make sure you keep up your water intake. You can take some Theraflu if you want just make sure it is aspirin free.

Now I'm sick, cold, can't be the flu, I swear I had a flu shot!! All I

want to do is sleep, but I need to excercise too.. what should I do??

I'm soooo determined to reach goal at my next meeting/class...and I

have been working out 2 miles daily.. now I'm worried cause I'm sick

and should I keep working out, or save my energy??

If it's that real bad cold going around, I had it a few weeks back and it's hard on you. Drink lots of water and get some rest, try not to over do or it seems to stay longer. I worked while I had it but the energy sucks with that cold. You'll get to goal don't worry, just don't feel bad if you don't do it exactly when you planned because you are sick.
