urine function tests and help with kidney questions - HELP PLEASE

I am still waiting to speak to the doctor regarding Jakes tests - the main kidney stone that they saw on the e-ray did not show on the ultrasound - which means it probably broke up BUT - unfortunately the ultrasound showed several significant shadows on the kidneys meaning the formation of more stones.

He had a urinalysis yesterday - the doctor was at Goergetown hospital all day and did not return my call the nurse did and indicated that the Ceatinine level in the urine was 122 and the calcium was 21.6, Unfortunately she could not tell me what the reference levels were and if these were normal or not but apparently they were flagged and I cant seem to get answers - can anyone help as I am dealing with a frustrated mom (me) and a frustrated 11 year old wondering what is going on. can anyone help
