This is a

reminder that the North Carolina Community Health Center Association is still

accepting Scholarship Applications for the 20th Annual East Coast Migrant

Stream Forum however the deadline for submission is September

1, 2007 (no exceptions). Scholarships can be granted

to individuals or can be shared by more than one person per organization.

Award recipients will
